Work Experience

Work experience is a great way to learn about the real life of a physicist. There are many places to gain valuable work experience but it may take a little time to find the right one for you. It is best to start your search early on in the autumn term as many programmes will run in the spring and summer months.

Contact your local university or local companies. Universities will have dedicated departments for the subject you are interested in. Don't forget to search their website before you get in touch. The answers may already be there for you.

The following links may be useful. Please note each programme will have its own eligibility criteria.
